Victim Empowerment Task Team

The retention of Victim Support Volunteers is a challenge to the Victim Empowerment Task Team.

Various factors contribute to the problem i.e. employment because most of the volunteer are unemployed once they get employed we loose them.  The training of SAPS personnel might provide a sustainable solution to the problem.  The matter will be deliberated further with the SAPS management on the next financial year.
